My name is Oona and I am a qualified nutritional therapist and yoga teacher.

I help people achieve greater balance, whether through improving energy levels, managing stress better or offering guidance on addressing a specific health concern.

With a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medecine,

, I am accredited by BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and CNHC (Complementary and natural Healthcare Council).

I can help you address the underlying causes of a health issue, identifying potential nutritional imbalances and assessing how these may be contributing to specific symptoms.

I have a holistic approach and recognise that each person is an individual with unique requirements and consider the whole person – the emotional state as well as the physical.

Most importantly, I aim to make sure you feel ‘heard’.  Aside from perhaps having a specific health concern, many people I see feel stressed, anxious or experience low mood. I feel both nutritional therapy and restorative yoga can make a significant difference to your overall quality of life.

Lifestyle Medicine is now being seen as the future of healthcare but when life gets busy,

it’s easy to neglect our health and wellbeing.

As a Nutrition Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, my goal is to support you step by step and help you enjoy the benefits of optimum health and wellbeing, offering practical, individualised advice that you can apply to your daily life.

I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine for 3 years to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist, and with Frog Lotus to become a registered yoga teacher. I’m also a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and

the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I train on a regular basis to gain expertise and adapt to the changes in this constantly evolving scientific field.

"Oona gave me such an amazing insight into how my diet and other factors were affecting my overall wellbeing. Her holistic approach, looking at all aspects of my life alongside my diet, was really helpful, and she developed an incredibly thorough plan for me based on my assessment that really showed what I was lacking/needing more of. The results since then have only been positive, and I have definitely felt a noticeable difference in my overall health since implementing what she recommended including other lifestyle techniques that have an impact on mental health . Highly recommend Oona for anyone having any issues they want to get to the bottom of and improve!

"Oona is a warm and supportive nutritional therapist who will meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. She offers practical but achievable advice that I found easy to implement within my current lifestyle and she takes a very holistic approach so you will find yourself considering your broader lifestyle as well as your diet.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Oona to anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and vitality but isn’t sure where to start. As someone who has tried every diet under the sun, I found Oona’s approach to be the one I could finally stick to. I’ve noticed that I am no longer second guessing what I eat and stressing about it, but rather feel calmer and more rational around food.”
